In excellent condition throughout, this Broom 36 is totally ready to go. Having undergone a recent lift out, pressure wash and antifoul, the current owner has also had the props, the shafts, shaft brackets and the rudders polished and finished. 

 

New cockpit canopies, a full valet including hull and super structure cut and polish, set this wonderful cruiser above the rest. The layout is spacious and airy, with good sized steps from the cockpit down to the saloon which includes a huge C shaped seating area and extendable table with folding leaves. There is also a separate cushioned / storage unit to use which also coverts the main seating into a double berth. Storage lockers are located under the large opening windows, there is also the warm air controller, clock and barometer. 

 

Leading down a few steps from the saloon to the U shaped galley which again is spacious and airy. Equipped with double sink and drainer, 3 burner hob, oven and grille. refrigerator, extractor fan and plenty of cupboards and storage make this area very functional. 

 

This broom 36 has twin toilets with showers located just off the galley area and also in the master cabin located in the stern. The master cabin its self again is very spacious with island bed and a variety of lockers, storage units and cupboards. In the bow are twin V shaped berths and a custom built bed for a baby which also doubles for shelving and storage. 

 

Powered by twin Mercruiser 220hp diesel engines with a good history, this Broom comes with an up to date BSC, ropes and plenty of fenders.
