The Maril 5.70 easily seats eight people in its large open cockpit. The special attention paid to the height of the seats has resulted in exceptional sitting comfort.
Snug Sophistication
The Maril 5.70 is stable, easy to sail and keeps course superbly. It comes with many features: A steering console with wheel, a sturdy sprayhood featuring a stainless steel frame with ample seating space underneath, rain-proof seat and back cushions, robust cables, lighting, antifouling and a dry toilet are all part of the standard version.
The sloop also features generous teak details and ten large storage compartments. With its sprayhood folded down, the 5.70 has a vertical clear-ance of just 95 centimetres, ideal for sailing under low bridges. When the sprayhood is up, the cockpit turns into a sheltered space with sufficient space to comfortably stand.
Each space is optimally used. There is a cooler behind the seat cushions forward and the fenders are stored under the entrance steps.
